Hi, I'm a Case Manager, I work with the Developmentally Disabled. Today my boss came into my office to show me how to do some billing stuff. My user name and password weren't working, so he gave me his. For some reason, I couldn't get any of the links to work. Thinking it was something with my work laptop, I logged on at home. I can get into the sight, but literally can't get any of the links to open up. Even when I use the right and left mouse buttons. I posted this in Geeks are us. If anyone knows of any hints that might help, please let me know. I've never used such an inaccessible website. I'm running JFW 13 at work, and 12.78 at home. I'm perplexed. I turned off popup blocker and disabled my add ons, and nothing's working. I'm sort of panicking!! My boss isn't mad, but I hate feeling like I can't do my job!! I can access every other data base!! GRRR!!
Problem solved! I just had to use a right mouse click. Then press enter on the correct link. Had a sighted IT guy make sure I had the right link. It only took five or 10 minutes.
